- TIN No.(contained within application form)
- For import of grains, an import permit from SEA is required.
- For all animal products, Veterinary Department must issue necessary import permit

Process Steps
| Step 1 |
If you are not registered with Namboard, send your details via Email, Whatsapp of visit Namboard Offices to register
|

Step 2
|
The applicant makes a permit request, by either visiting the NAMBoard headquarters, or by telephoning or sending email (informal application)
|
|
|
Step 3
|
The Issuing Officer processes the application, and with all correct issues the Import Permit for Controlled Commodities
|
|
| Step 4 |
The applicant makes payment on levy or process fees.
|
|
| Step 5 |
Send Proof of Payment via email or Whatsapp |
|
| Step 6 |
The applicant collected the permit and may proceed to import the products in accordance to customs formalities and subject to compliance with relevant import requirements |
|
| Step 7 |
A copy of the electronic permit information is retained on the NAMBoard computer system (in addition to copy being held on ASYCUDA).
